This booklet was produced for the Free Vegan Food Fayre held in Camden in December 2005. It includes 10 steps to a cruelty-free Christmas, a poem from Benjamin Zephaniah, recipes, and London veggie restaurants and health food shops. Recipes

Favourite recipes that have been tried and tested. Food plays quite a big part in Vegan Campaigns' promotion of veganism. It make such a difference to have available delicious food when talking to people about veganism, it directly shows them that it is possible to go vegan and still eat really well.

Some of these recipes have been served at our free vegan food fayres, these are marked accordingly.
