Vegan Food and Information Stall in Elephant & Castle

On Saturday 30th September, Vegan Campaigns organised a vegan food and information stall on the Walworth Road in Elephant & Castle. We set up in a busy area, near East Street market, which has a lot of passing trade.

On the whole, the public's reaction was positive. Some people stopped to ask quite a few questions about becoming vegan. We gave away a lot of vegan recipe booklets and Vegan Society Why Vegan leaflets.

It was also an excelent chance to promote the upcoming Cruelty Free Food Fayre (for more information click here...)

The public enjoyed home-made sausage rolls, mini pizzas and carrot cake and Redwoods vegan sausages and cheezly.
