Environmental Leafletting in Central London with Animal Aid

Christian Aid had their last day of a 1000 mile national rally, today in central London. Unfortunately, although they are well meaning, Christian Aid refuse to highlight the importance of becoming vegetarian or vegan in their Cut the Carbon message (despite 18% of carbon emissions being a result of livestock farming). They also actively organise and promote the sending of animals to the third world as gift schemes.

Vegan Campaigns joined Animal Aid in their educational leafletting to promote a vegan diet, and to explain the destructive consequences of animal gift schemes.

The leafletting was successful, with a number of people interested and asking for more information.

We will be leafletting at the National Anti-Climate Change March on Saturday 8th December, to point out the link between eating meat and global warming. If you would like to join us, please contact us.
