Vegan Campaigns in December

December has been quite a busy month for Vegan Campaigns. We held a stall at the Animal Aid Christmas Without Cruelty Fayre on the 2nd December, which was a great success. A number of people took information about the Vegan Pledge.

On 8th December, we joined a number of other vegan and veggie groups at the National Climate Change march. Despite the pouring rain, we managed to get a number of leaflets out, and had some conversations with meat-eating "environmentalists", which made them think!

On 12th December, we anti-meat leafletted in the West End. We found it a bit slow around Piccadilly Circus, and vowed to bring some chocolate to give away next time. Leicester Square was a bit more successful, as we were able to approach a number of people who were just hanging around and had time to talk to us!

The New Year will be an exciting time for Vegan Campaigns, starting off with a stall on 5th Jan, followed shortly by the Vegan Pledge.
