Free food and information stall for Vegan Month in Borough

On Saturday 28th November we set up the stall near to Borough Market, a very popular area. Almost from the time we arrived to the time we left, by which time it was dark, the stall was crowded by interested people. We were lucky to be able to set up outside a closed bank and display our banner. There were a large amount of vegetarians coming to the stall so we were busy attempting to encourage them to take the next step to veganism. As usual there was a great selection of cakes, chocolate, and savouries. We also were able to offer black bean dip, olive pate and crackers. A large amount of leaflets and recipe sheets were distributed, as well as Animal Aid recipe booklets.
