news > 08 May 2010 Free food and information stall in Earls Court outside The Real Food Festival On Saturday 8th May Vegan Campaigns set up a stall in Earls Court
to catch the flow of people heading towards the Real Food Exhibition.
We chose this location as the people passing would have an interest
in food or were thinking about food on that day. We had a selection
of food including lentil tartlets, sausage rolls, items from the
Redwoods range, chocolate and carrot cakes. A couple of us leafleted
the people going to and from the show, directing people to the stall
where they sampled the tasty vegan food. We received a lot of interest
from people, some of whom had not thought about veganism before,
and gave away many leaflets on veganism and recipe booklets. We always need help with stalls such as this one, so if you can help in the future please contact us. |
