Stalls at Rawhead Dance Festivals

The dance group Rawhead asked Vegan Campaigns to do stalls at their Dance Festivals on 17th and 18th July at the Shaw Theatre. We attended both evenings with a wide range of delicious food samples including Redwoods sausages, thai style fish cakes and cheesley, tofu sausages, homemade lentil quiches, carrot cake, blueberry muffins and raw sweets, as well as plenty of information on veganism.

Many of the people who came to the stall were very interested in veganism, some of them already being vegetarian. People tried the vegan samples, asked where they could be purchased from, and took away information on veganism including the recipe booklet by Animal Aid.

The organisers of the event were very pleased that we were able to attend this event with a selection of food samples and it made a nice addition to the efforts of the dance group leader who is a committed vegan campaigner.
