Free Vegan Food Events

Members of Vegan Campaigns have organised six free vegan food fayres so far in London, and one of the reasons for starting Vegan Campaigns was to take over organising these.

The aim of these fayres is to give people a chance to sample delicious vegan food. There is also plenty of information provided so that visitors can get practical on advice on going and/or staying vegan.

The first two, in November 2003 and June 2004 were at St Ann's Church in Soho, they were very successful. In fact they were so successful that we had too many people turning up and so had to look for an alternative venue.

The third fayre was in February 2005 at Pogo Café. Once again it was a big success, with over 250 people attending the event throughout the day.

The fourth fayre was in December 2005 in Camden. Over 300 people attended and were welcomed by the biggest spread of food yet. Read more...

The fifth fayre was in partnership with Animal Aid and took place near Goodge Street in June 2006. Read more...

The sixth fayre took place on Saturday 28 October 2006 near Goodge Street during National Vegan Week. Read more ...

The next most recent food fair took place in 2007 in Croydon. Read more...

In addition to the fayre/fairs, we organised a lively information evening in April 2006. Read more...

Keep an eye on our events page for more information about future events.
