Genene Edwards - Exhale

Genene Edwards (co-founder of London's leading mobile massage company, Exhale) brings her extensive teaching experience to this workshop where she will teach the most effective massage techniques for addressing all upper body tensions - including back, shoulders, neck, hands and head.

This is a practical workshop where you will learn the techniques 'hands on'. This is the only way to learn massage!! Techniques have been taken from Indian Head massage, On-site and Swedish massage.

Informative and fun you will leave feeling energised and inspired to give friends, colleagues and family a relaxing and de-stressing upper body massage.
