To explore the connections between veganism and anarchism once we dispose of the bomb throwing anarchist stereotype. Not so obvious as to the connections between veganism and anarchism? Well both are about not coercing others and recognising that everyone has sovereignty in and over themselves whether human or non-human animal. Anarchism and veganism  at heart are grassroot movements. Anarchism the politics of total liberation. Veganism the politics of total liberation. Examine why anarchists should embrace veganism. And why vegans should embrace anarchism as a  logical conclusion of liberation speak. Veganism as nonviolence and anarchism as nonviolence. Vegan stalls, the public and the vegan agenda. The vegan stall as the mouthpiece of vegan protest. The anarchist stall as a mouthpiece for anarchist protest. Vegan stalls and  dealing with local authorities,the police, and the disinterested public or how to engage an otherwise disinterested public. How a good stall requires preparation and provides an opportunity to rehearse vegan arguments to a willing sector of the public. How veganism and anarchism both embrace direct action and are both movements for change.
