Ms Cupcake's Cake Baking Demonstration: Baking vegan cakes is as simple as simple can be! In this demonstration Ms Cupcake will show you how to bake and ice their famous Victoria Sponge cake, explaining it to you every step of the way. They will discuss the tricks to getting a vegan cake to be light and fluffy and how to replace ‘traditional’ ingredients like eggs, butter and milk. You will also learn the basics to making a vegan frosting and watch how to ice a large cake like a pro! |

Family workshop: Raw sweet making with Valerie McKen: If you love sweet things but you are trying to avoid refined carbohydrates and sugars, dairy products, and unhealthful fats, then this workshop is for you. Learn to make sweet delights that are healthy and delicious! Come along, get involved and walk away with some sweets as a momentum of the day. Your kids will love it too!

Vegan Bodybuilding: The Shoulder press contest will use a one arm dumbbell shoulder press with the goal of getting as many repetitions as possible. Females will lift an 8Kg dumbbell & the men will lift a 16Kg dumbbell. No push-pressing is allowed. http://www.veganbodybuilding.org/ |

Craft workshop - French knitting doll - for over 5's - Heather Foster: This workshop today will be making your own French knitting doll, and learn how to use it- knitting a cord with non-wool yarn, which can then be shaped into a varity of decorative items- there will be examples on show to help your imaginations take flight. Heather has been vegan for 6 years, and loves sewing, papier mache, cooking and gardening.(50p donation asked for for material costs) |

Hand Printed Bag Workshop - with Alison: Banish those plastic bags and use your own fabric printed bag. Hand print the bag at the fete with your own design, leave to dry and then collect to take home at the end of the fete. This will be drop in workshop, only 10 people at one time, when you have printed your bag, please leave the workshop and make room for someone else. There will be a 50p charge per bag charge for this workshop. All welcome |
