Vegan Guide

This booklet was produced for the Free Vegan Food Fayre held in Camden in Decmber 2005. It includes 10 steps to a cruelty-free Christmas, a poem from Benjamin Zephaniah, recipes, and London veggie restaurants and health food shops.
